Monica Suarez received her Master's Degree in Clinical mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is Board Certified and licensed to practice in the state of Texas (#79557).

Monica enjoys working with adolescents ages 12+ and adult individuals. Her special interests include general mental health, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career or academic stress, and life transitions. Monica has 10 years of experience working in outpatient clinical settings.

Monica utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach to treatment and integrates various therapeutic approaches to best serve her clients. Monica's passion is to empower individuals through support, encouragement, and skill-building while working collaboratively with clients in finding balance, healing, and growth.
