About Sarah
Sarah Savoy received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and International Studies from Texas A&M University. She is Board Certified and a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed to practice in Texas (#84850).
Sarah enjoys working with adolescents and adult individuals. She has experience working with severe mental illness and trauma. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, dysfunctional relationships, and she has a passion for working with survivors of sexual abuse and assault. Sarah has worked in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
Sarah utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach to treatment but also integrates other therapeutic approaches to best serve her clients. Sarah works collaboratively with her clients to process through problems and move toward growth and healing.
