Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor

Shaun Burrow received his Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and his undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. Shaun has completed his course work towards his Ph.D. in Family Therapy from TWU and is currently engaged in research to fulfill the requirements for his doctoral degree.

Shaun is licensed in the State of Texas as a Marriage & Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Shaun has also earned the distinction of becoming a Clinical Member in the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT). Shaun currently serves as the Counseling and Family Support Minister at the A & M Church of Christ. This counseling ministry of the A & M Church of Christ is intended to serve the Brazos Valley area.

Shaun and his wife have been married 15 years and have four children.

Jason Hindman, Ph.D.

Jason Hindman received both his master’s degree and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of North Texas and earned an undergraduate degree in business marketing at Abilene Christian University.

In addition to part-time work at the A&M Christian Counseling Center, he currently works as a staff psychologist at the Texas A&M University Student Counseling Service. Jason’s research interests include parent psychological distress, marital adjustment, parent-child attachment, child psychological dysfunction, and sibling relationships. Clinically, Jason has a special interest in relationship issues, family dynamics, self-esteem concerns, spirituality, assessment, and group counseling.

In his personal time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, camping, photography, reading history, watching movies, playing/watching sports, and taking road-trips.

Jenny Kenley, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor

Jenny Kenley received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel with an emphasis in community counseling and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Oklahoma State University.

Jenny is licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and is a Board Approved Supervisor for LPC interns. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor. In addition to part-time work at the A&M Christian Counseling Center, she works as a staff counselor at the Texas A&M University Student Counseling Service. Jenny’s clinical interests include women’s issues, pregnancy loss and infertility, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management and spirituality. Jenny is a member of the Texas Counseling Association.

Jenny and her husband have been married 6 years and have two children.
